The Year 6 residential trip to Kingsway was amazing. The pupils stayed in Middleton-I- Teesdale and experienced some incredible activities.
We arrived on the Monday and after making our own beds, we all played jump the rope and crate racing.
After lunch, we did the crate stacking activity. We had to work in pairs to stack the crates as high as we could as we stood on them. Darcie and Coco were the most successful with 13 crates. We ended the day with a walk through the woods.
On Tuesday, we split into groups and took part in raft building and gorge walking. It was incredible to build and launch our own rafts. The gorge walk was really challenging as we slid down waterfalls and jumped into the water.
Our last day was challenging too as we tackled the high ropes and did the Leap of Faith.
What an amazing experience!
